Pancakes in Paris is a memoir by Craig Carlson. The story is about his path to opening up a restaurant in Paris. I love anything Paris and pancakes are great, so overall I enjoyed this book. I really like that there are recipes in the back of the memoir. I cannot wait to try them out. My rating for this book is three stars.
